As mentioned in dotregion2.com.ph’s website “The capitol building is a study of architectural ingenuity. It has a park with exotic plant species, concrete benches and sidewalks lighted with giant lamps andnueva2 man-made lagoon ideal for rowing the colorful mini-boats operated by handicapables, also called the Luneta of the north.” The complex is perfect of family gathering as the surrounding is so green with a lot of trees and ornamental plants. There are also some rolling stores where you could get some snacks. How to get there: From Manila, take an air-conditioned bus (Florida Bus Lines, Baliwag Transit, Victory Liner, etc.) bound for Cgayan Valley, it passes by the province of Nueva Vizcaya via the Maharlika hi-way and get off at the town of Bayombong.
